Measurable Impact

A key attribute of a successful product is the ability to measure its impact, to clearly show the value before and after.
RefineEmail had been somewhat opaque about this. Our primary measurable outcome was essentially a boolean question: Did we get the email domain fully protected from phishing and spoofing - in other words, DMARC-compliant?
We've now built a view for our customers that lists all recognized sending sources. Here is one of our larger customers, with 1.5 million emails captured through DMARC reports in the last 28 days.

The interesting part is the fourth line, labeled Microsoft 365. Until a couple of weeks ago, this was a continuous yellow line because the company's transactional email was authenticated only with SPF. The more reliable authentication mechanism - DKIM - hadn't been configured.
Once DKIM was configured for Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, the yellow line started turning green. I watched it each day as the green portion of the horizontal bar grew longer.
When the user selects this line, the subpanel shows the daily changes in a time-series graph:

The blue line shows the total number of emails captured through DMARC reports. The graph also shows the daily number of emails authenticated through SPF only. Around August 22, that yellow line drops to zero as the sending source becomes properly authenticated with DKIM and both SPF and DKIM begin passing.
And that's the best part: you don't need to watch these numbers yourself. You hire RefineEmail so you have one less thing to worry about.
